A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
WITH THE FARMERS AND RANCHERS LIVESTOCK COMMISSION COMPANY,
INC. FOR WATER SERVICE AND CONSENT TO FUTURE ANNEXATION TO THE
CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the agreement is hereby authorized with the Farmers and Ranchers
(Livestock Commission Company, Inc. for water service and consent to future annexation subject
to the terms and conditions of the agreement.
