SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
JUNE 6, 1984
5:30 p.m.
The Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners met in the Commission Meeting
Room, City -County Building, on Wednesday, June 6, 1984 at 5:30 p.m. for the
purpose of considering and voting upon the following:
Resolution Number 84-3718 - authorizing the preparation and
filing with the Kansas Department of Economic Development of
Small Cities Community Development Block Grant Program
application for fiscal year 1984; designating the City
Manager as the authorized representative of the City of
Salina to act in connection with the application; and to
provide such additional information as may be requested;
and repealing Resolution Number 84-3715.
There were present:

Commissioner John F. Burgess
Commissioner Fortino B. Bonilla
Commissioner Merle A. Hodges
Commissioner Joseph M. Ritter
comprising a quorum of the Board, also present:

84-139 Moved by Commissioner Bonilla, seconded by Commissioner Hodges that
Resolution Number 84-3718, authorizing the preparation and filing with the Kansas
Department of Economic Development of Small Cities Community Development Block
Grant Program application for fiscal year 1984; designating the City Manager as
the authorized representative of the City of Salina to act in connection with the
application; and to provide such additional information as may be requested;
and repealing Resolution Number 84-3715, be adopted. Aye: Bonilla, Burgess,
Hodges (3). Nay: Ritter, Roth (2). Motion adopted.
84-140 Moved by Commissioner Bonilla, seconded by Commissioner Hodges that
the Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners be adjourned. Aye: (5). Nay:
(0). Motion adopted. The meeting adjourned at 5:35 p.m.
