Room, City -County Building, on Monday, April 23, 1984, at four p.m.

which did not comprise a quorum of the Board, also present:

PUBLIC HEARINGS AND ITEMS SCHEDULED FOR A CERTAIN TIME
(5.1) Public hearing on the advisability of paving, grading, storm sewer and
sanitary sewer improvements in Fairway Estates Addition. [Requested in Petition
Number 3868, filed by Roy Presley]
The City Clerk announced that, because a quorum was not present for
this meeting, the public hearing will be republished and the public hearing held
on May 7, 1984, at 4:00 p.m.
