CITIZEN FORUM
Don McConnell, 661 South Fourth Street, stated that the railroad
needed to dedicate to the City the area west of the railroad tracks between
Prescott and Crawford for a street. This would make the intersection of
Crawford and Fourth Streets a lot safer.
Mike Metro, 300 Lamar, objected to the "No Parking" on the east
side of Fourth Street and the two-way traffic on each side. He was told the
City was not doing either one of these things at this time.
George Toland, 908 Highland, doesn't like the traffic pattern on
Ninth Street. "It puts a lot of traffic on Highland. You need to study this
Fourth Street more. You make decisions too quick, you need to listen more."
