As Mayor of the City of Salina. Kansas and Chairman of the Board of Commissioners, I, Trent W.
Davis, M.D., with the consent of two members of the Board of Commissioners, Michael L. Hoppock
and Karl F. Ryan, call a special meeting of the Board of Commissioners to be convened at 1:00 p.m.,
13 Wednesday. November 13, 2019 in Room 107 of the City-County Building, 300 W. Ash St., for the
purpose of recessing into executive session to discuss attorney-client privileged information regarding
the Expo Center lease agreement negotiations with Saline County, with possible public action to
follow.
