SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

i The Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners was called to order at 12:30 p.m. in Conference
Room A at Saline County Health Department,125 W. Elm Street. Roll call was taken.
Those present and comprising a quorum: Mayor Trent Davis (presiding), Commissioners, Joe
= Hay,Jr., Mike Hoppock, and Karl Ryan.
Also present: Michael Schrage, City Manager, Greg Bengtson, City Attorney; Debbie Pack,
Director of Finance& Administration and Martha Tasker, Director of Utilities.
Absent: Commissioner Melissa Rose Hodges.
ADMINISTRATION
(3.1) Future of the County Expo Center.
A discussion ensued between the City Commission and the County Commission regarding
the future of the Expo Center.
ADJOURNMENT
19-0261 Moved by Commissioner Ryan, seconded by Commissioner Hay, that the special meeting of the
Board of City Commissioners be adjourned. Aye: (4). Nay: (0). Motion carried. The meeting
adjourned at 1:50 p.m.
