RESOLUTION NUMBER 98-5395
A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING GRATITUDE AND APPRECIATION TO
MAINTENANCE WORKER I DEAN D. GRAYBEAL FOR HIS EMPLOYMENT WITH
THE CITY OF SALINA FROM MAY 16, 1964 TO DECEMBER 15, 1971 AND
FEBRUARY 26,1973 TO DECEMBER 31,1998.
WHEREAS, during the period from May 16, 1964 to December 15, 1971 and
February 26, 1973 to December 31, 1998, in addition to Maintenance Worker I, DEAN D.
GRAYBEAL also served as a Laborer for the Street Division of the Engineering and General
Services Department of the City of Salina; and
WHEREAS, DEAN D. GRAYBEAL has demonstrated invaluable and dedicated
service to the City of Salina; and
WHEREAS, such service and dedication to his job and the interest of the City of
Salina are worthy of public recognition; SO NOW, THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That an official expression of gratitude and appreciation to DEAN D.
GRAYBEAL, for his dedicated and faithful service as a Laborer and Maintenance Worker I for
the Street Division of the Engineering and General Services Department of the City of Salina, be
and the same is hereby entered upon the official records of the City of Salina, Kansas.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to have this resolution delivered to
DEAN D. GRAYBEAL.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this 215 day of
December, 1998.
