A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
APPRAISAL AND ACQUISITION SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH JIM SWEDLUND
ON THE SOUTH OHIO CORRIDOR PROJECT AND THE SCHILLING ROAD BRIDGE
PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an appraisal and
acquisition agreement with Jim Swedlund for the South Ohio Corridor Project and the Schilling
Road Bridge Project, subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement, in an amount not to
exceed $53,000.00.
