RESOLUTION NUMBER 00-5571
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH WILSON AND COMPANY AND THE KANSAS DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION FOR CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING SERVICES ON THE
SCHILLING ROAD BRIDGE REPLACEMENT, PROJECT NO. 85 U-1699-01; CITY
PROJECT NO. 97-1060.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Wilson
and Company and the Kansas Department of Transportation for construction engineering services
on the Schilling Road Bridge Replacement Project No. 85 U-1699-01 subject to the terms and
conditions of the agreement, in an estimated amount of $16,176.05.
