A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A VAULT CLOSURE
w AGREEMENT ALLOWING FOR CLOSURE OF AN UNDERGROUND VAULT IN PUBLIC
RIGHT-OF-WAY WITH BIG NOSE KATE'S, LLC, 117 N SANTA FE AVENUE, SOUTH
B HALF OF LOT 98 AND ALL OF LOT 100.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina. Kansas:
Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a vault closure agreement allowing closure
of an underground vault in public right-of-way with Big Nose Kate's, LLC, 117 N Santa Fe Avenue,
South half of Lot 98 and all of Lot 100, subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement.
Section 2. Upon execution of the vault closure agreement, the City Clerk is hereby directed to
record the agreement with the Saline County Register of Deeds, and to file and retain the original
agreement according to the City of Salina Records Management Policy.
Section 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this 22nd day of April, 2019.
