RESOLUTION NUMBER 00-5590
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A WATER
UTILITIES AGREEMENT WITH UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT NUMBER 305 FOR
CAPITAL PROJECTS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a Water Utilities Agreement
with Unified School District Number 305 for capital projects, subject to the terms and conditions of the
agreement.
