A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE
MEMORANDUMS OF AGREEMENT WITH DICKINSON COUNTY, ELLSWORTH
w COUNTY, HARVEY COUNTY, LINCOLN COUNTY, MCPHERSON COUNTY, OTTAWA
COUNTY, AND RENO COUNTY FOR CONTINGENCY AND/OR OVERFLOW SUPPORT
B FOR 911 SERVICES.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina; Kansas:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the following memorandums of
agreement between the indicated parties to provide contingency and/or overflow support for 911
services; subject to the terms and conditions of the agreements:
(1) City of Salina (PSAP 1) and Dickinson County (PSAP 2);
(2) Dickinson County (PSAP 1) and City of Salina (PSAP 2);
(3) Ellsworth County (PSAP 1) and City of Salina (PSAP 2);
(4) Harvey County(PSAP 1) and City of Salina (PSAP 2);
(5) Lincoln County (PSAP 1) and City of Salina (PSAP 2);
(6) City of Salina (PSAP 1) and McPherson County (PSAP 2);
(7) McPherson County (PSAP 1) and City of Salina (PSAP 2);
(8) Ottawa County (PSAP 1) and City of Salina (PSAP 2); and
(9) City of Salina (PSAP 1) and Reno County (PSAP 2).
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to file the original agreements and retain according
to the City of Salina Records Management Policy.
Section 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this 11 m day of February,2019.
