A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A LICENSE
AGREEMENT WITH ERIC SEAN AND JESSICA A.KINDLESPARGER,HUSBAND AND
WIFE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:

Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a license agreement with Eric Sean and
Jessica A. Kindlesparger, husband and wife, to allow placement of a private water line in the alley
right-of-way located between West Place and Chicago Street south of West Elm Street,subject to the
terms and conditions of the license agreement.
Section 2. Upon execution of the license agreement, the City Clerk is hereby directed to
record the license agreement with the Saline County Register of Deeds, and to file and retain the
original license agreement according to the City of Salina Records Management Policy.
Section 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this 4`h day of February, 2019.
