SALINA PUBLIC LmRARY
1999 ANNUAL REPORT
TO THE
CITY OF SALINA
The Library Board met monthly during 1999. A typical agenda includes a
review of financial and statistical data, a review of expenditures, a report
from the Friends of the Library, from a library department or project and
from the Library Director.
The Board reviews policy annually in the fall. There were no significant
policy additions or modifications in 1999. One of the more substantial
additions to policy was the allowance for reimbursement for one half of
unused sick leave for employees who have reached the maximum of 960
hours of accumulated sick leave.
