Annual Report - 1999 fit. Salina Pu blic Library ., SALINA PUBLIC LmRARY 1999 ANNUAL REPORT TO THE CITY OF SALINA The Library Board met monthly during 1999. A typical agenda includes a review of financial and statistical data, a review of expenditures, a report from the Friends of the Library, from a library department or project and from the Library Director. The Board reviews policy annually in the fall. There were no significant policy additions or modifications in 1999. One of the more substantial additions to policy was the allowance for reimbursement for one half of unused sick leave for employees who have reached the maximum of 960 hours of accumulated sick leave.
