A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SALINA
FIELD HOUSE LENDER, INC.
WHEREAS, the Articles of Incorporation of the Salina Field House Lender, Inc. provide for the
appointment by the City Commission of the City of Salina, Kansas of two(2)of its five(5)member Board of
h Directors;
° WHEREAS, Kaye J.Crawford has submitted her resignation as a member of the Board of Directors, and it

8 is necessary for the City Commission to appoint her successor to serve for the remainder of the term, which
expires on June 20, 2020; SO NOW, THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. The City Commission accepts the resignation of Kaye J. Crawford as a member of the Board of
Directors.
Section 2. Trent W. Davis is appointed to fill the vacant Board of Director position through the end of the
original term of the vacant position, which expires on June 20, 2020, or until a successor is appointed and
qualified:
Section 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this 9ch day of April, 2018.
