y BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina Kansas:

s Section 1. Amended Section. The Salina Code is amended by adding a new section to Chapter 8,
g Article I, Division 2 to be numbered 8-1-2-AF103.12 which section reads as follows:
Sec. 8-1-2-AF103.12 Amendment to section AF103.12 of the IRC
Section AF103.12 is deleted in its entirety.
Section 2. Effective. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption and
publication once in the official city newspaper by the following summary:
Ordinance No. 18-10928 Summary
On March 5, 2018 the City Commission passed Ordinance No. 18-10928. The Ordinance
amends Chapter 8_ Article I, of the Salina Code, Division 2 by deleting Section 8-1-2-AF103.12,
Amendment to section AF103.12 of the IRC. A complete copy of the ordinance can be found at
