A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VICE-MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
EASEMENT ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT WITH MATTHEW K. STEADHAM TO
E ALLOW A DETACHED GARAGE TO BE LOCATED IN A PUBLIC SANITARY SEWER
EASEMENT AND A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT IN THE SIDE YARD AT 1310
LAKEVIEW DRIVE, SALINA, KANSAS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
U Section 1. The Vice-Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an easement encroachment
agreement with Matthew K. Steadham; to allow a detached garage to be located in public sanitary
sewer easement and public utility easement on property legally described as Lot Fifteen (15). Block
Seven (7) of the Eastview Estates Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas and
addressed as 1310 Lakeview Drive, subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement.
Section 2. Upon execution of the easement encroachment agreement, the City Clerk
is hereby directed to record the agreement with the Saline County Register of Deeds, and to
file and retain the original agreement according to the City of Salina Records Management
Policy.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Vice-Mayor this 5th day of
March. 2018.
