11-15-2017 Consent to Hold a Special Meeting CONSENT TO HOLD A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

We, the undersigned, being duly elected, qualified and acting Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas and constituting a majority of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas, do hereby consent to the holding of a special meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the
City of Salina, Kansas on the 15th day of November, 2017, at 4:00 p.m. for the purpose of the
following:
(3.1) Resolution No. 17-7499 certifying legal authority to apply for the 2017 Kansas
Small Cities Community Development Block Grant Program from the
Kansas Department of Commerce and authorizing the Mayor to sign and
submit such an application.
