ORDINANCE NUMBER 04-10198
AN ORDINANCE RELINQUISHING A RESERVATION OF RIGHTS RELATING
TO A PUBLIC SEWER LINE AS SET FORTH IN ORDINANCE NUMBER 5775.
BE ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. The Governing Body finds that on April 20, 1953 Ordinance Number 5775 was
passed vacating a certain north south alley located between Lincoln Avenue and North Street, in
Block 4, North Park Addition, and reserving to the City the "right to authorize or to install, replace,
maintain, and repair in said alley a public sewer" (the "Reservation of Rights").
Section 2. The Governing Body finds that, as a result of redevelopment of the adjoining
properties, there exists no further need for the "Reservation of Rights".
Section 3. The "Reservation of Rights" is hereby relinquished.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption and
publication once in the official city newspaper.
