To vacate the 10'existing alley way located north of Ash Street between Santa Fe Avenue and 5th Street for a distance of
300'for the construction of a proposed commercial facility. All utilities within the existing alley way will be relocated to public
right of way along Ash Street and 5th Street and a utility easement along the north side of the property.
