RESOLUTION NUMBER 99-5505
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH EARLES & RIGGS ENGINEERS/PLANNERS AND THE KANSAS
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR THE CLOUD STREET BRIDGE
REPLACEMENT, PROJECT NUMBER 85 U-1698.01.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Earles
& Riggs Engineers/Planners and the Kansas Department of Transportation for the Cloud Street
Bridge Replacement, Project Number 85 U-1698-01, subject to the terms and conditions of the
agreement, in an amount not to exceed $12,675.87.
