GEN'I'LEHEN:
We, the undersigned, residents and property owners in
the city of Salina, Kansas, do hereby petition your honor-
able body to a.mend the "'SALINA CODE", Section 9-185, page
347-348, to read in part as follows:
------and dHe1lings designed for the occupancy of
more than twenty five families------.
This change, from three to tvlenty five families,
would ma}~e the Salina Code governing apa1:"trnents simi lar to
codes now used for apartments in other major Kansas cities.
