AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR COMPLIANCE WITH KANSAS STATUTES IN REGARDS TO TURNSTILES
MODIFYING SECTION 11.5 OF THE FIRE PREVENTION CODE AND REPEALING SECTION 12-89 OF THE SALINA
CODE.
follows:
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Section 12-89 of The Salina Code is hereby amended to read as
"Section 12-89. Article II of Code Amended
Article II of the Fire Prevention Code is hereby amended
to add the following:
Section 11. 6. Compliance with Statutes.
In Addition to the provisions of this article,
Kansas Statutes Annotated 31-103 shall be fully
complied with."
Section 2. That Section 12-89 of The Salina Code is hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
