INFORMATION.
Body of Salina, Kansas:
Salina Code is amended by adding a section to be numbered 20-20,
Sec.20-20 Criminal History Record Information.
Criminal history record information obtained from a law enforcement agency
required of any applicant for the following licensing categories:
1. Bail Bondi Agent
2. Bail BondCompany
3. Cereal Malt Beverage Retailers'
4. Merchant Security Guard
5. Merchant`Security Service
6. Peddler and Solicitor
7. Regulated Scrap Metal Dealer's Registration
8. Taxicab Driver
Section 2. Effective. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
publication once in the official city newspaper by the following summary:
