The minutes of the Special Meeting January 17, 1977 were reviewed. Mr. Duckers
made a motion that the minutes be approved as presented. Mr. Weisgerber seconded
the motion and it passed unanimously.
The City Manager reported on the bids received January 17, 1977, for parcels of
land in the Northeast Industrial Park Project, Kansas R-29:

Mr. Usher moved to accept the proposals for the three parcels of land in the
Northeast Industrial Park, and to instruct the Director to transfer the property.
Mr. Weisgerber seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
Adjournment Mr. Duckers moved that the Regular Meeting of the Urban Renewal Agency be adjourned.
Mr. Usher seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
