ANNUAL :~(EF'(~<r - 1970 The tJrban Renewal Agency of Sa.lina completed a major portion of t'eal estate purchases :':!,nd relocation of families and businesses from the Northeast Industrial Park Urban i(enewal Project during 1970. 75 parcels of real estate were purchased, with owners recehd.ng $420,618.24. 26 families, 12 single individuals, and 5 businesses were relocated. Payments for relocation expenses, exclusive of amoWlts paid for real estate acquisition, amounted to $88,648.64. The Urban Renewal Agency assisted in the purchase of 24 of the 26 homes.
