Ordinance No. 16-10870 Summary
On December 5, 2016, the City of Salina, Kansas passed Ordinance No. 16-10870. The ordinance
annexes a 15 acre tract of land located between the flood control levee and Smoky Hill River common1v
known as the Riverwoods Natural Area to allow the City of Salina to extend emergency services and
