RESOLUTION NUMBER 99-5476
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH WILSON & COMPANY FOR THE
REHABILITATION/RECONSTRUCTION OF THREE (3) WASTEWATER PUMPING
STATIONS, PROJECT NUMBER 98-1156.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an engineering agreement
with Wilson & Company for the rehabilitation/reconstruction of three (3) wastewater pumping
stations, Project Number 98-1156 subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement, in an
amount not to exceed $ 48,000.00.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this 21" day of
June, 1999.
