Salina Bicentennial Center. Roll call was taken.
8 Those present and comprising a quorum: Mayor Kaye J. Crawford (presiding),Commissioners Jon
= Blanchard,Trent Davis,Randall Hardy, and Karl Ryan.
Also present: Jason Gage, City Manager, Michael Schrage, Deputy City Manager, and Bob
Saunders,Org Consultants.
ADMINISTRATION
(3.1) Discussion of the City's Strategic Plan.
A discussion of the Strategic Plan was facilitated by Mr. Saunders. No formal action was
taken and the results of the discussion will be reflected in proposed updates to the Strategic
Plan to be formally considered at a subsequent regular meeting.
ADJOURNMENT
The special meeting of the Board of City Commissioners was adjourned at 4:00 p.m.
