BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:

Section 1. The Governing Body approves the Recommended Artistic Design for the Salina
V 1IFieldhouse interior and exterior sculptural wall designed by Artist, Jeremy Rockwell and Fabricator, A.
Company and authorizes city staff to deliver a notice to proceed to the Artist and the Fabricator
fabrication of the Approved Artistic Design, subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement for
Design and Fabrication Services approved on October 17, 2016.
Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this 28"
