RESOLUTION NUMBER 99-5474
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH KONZA NATURAL RESOURCES CONSULTANTS, INC. FOR A
DRAINAGE FEASIBILITY ANALYSIS IN EAST SALINA.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Konza
Natural Resources Consultants, Inca for a drainage feasibility analysis in East Salina subject to the
terms and conditions of the agreement, in an amount not to exceed $ 7,000.00 for the concept
phase.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this 14th day of
June, 1999.
