RESOLUTION NUMBER 04-6066
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A THREE
YEAR MOWING CONTRACT WITH ERNY'S MOWING SERVICE FOR THE PUBLIC
WORKS DEPARTMENT/WATER AND WASTEWATER DIVISIONS OF THE CITY OF
SALINA, KANSAS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a three (3) year mowing
contract with Erny's Mowing Service in the amount monthly fee of $2,520 (April - October) for
the Public Works/Water and Wastewater Divisions, subject to the terms and conditions of the
contract.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this 5" day of April,
2004.
