A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH ARC, INC. FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS IN CEDAR CREEK
ADDITION, PROJECT NUMBER 99-1180.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with ARC,
Inc. for public improvements in Cedar Creek Addition to the City of Salina, Project Number 99-
1180 subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement.
