RESOLUTION NUMBER 00-5602
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH SALINE COUNTY PROVIDING FOR THE BILLING AND
COLLECTION OF PAYMENTS IN LIEU OF TAX.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Saline
County providing for the billing and collection of Payments in Lieu of Tax applicable to properties
exempted from taxation by reason of issuance of industrial revenue bonds
adoption.
