RESOLUTION NUMBER 00-5623
A RESOLUTION FURTHER AMENDING SECTION 4 OF RESOLUTION
NUMBER 99-5468 AS PREVIOUSLY AMENDED BY SECTION 2 OF RESOLUTION
NUMBER 00-5596 FINDING AND DETERMINING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT FOR AN IMPROVEMENT CONSISTING OF CERTAIN
CURBING, GUTTERING, PAVING, GRADING, STORM DRAINAGE, SANITARY
SEWER AND WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENTS IN THE GOLDEN EAGLE ESTATES
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS AND REPEALING THE EXISTING
SECTION 2 OF RESOLUTION NUMBER 00-5596.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Section 2 of Resolution Number 00-5596 is hereby amended to
provide as follows:
"That the Governing body hereby further finds and finally determines that the
boundaries of the improvement district against which a portion of the costs of said
improvement shall be assessed are hereby established and fixed as the following legal
description: Lots 10 and 11, Block 1, Golden Eagle Estates Addition No. 2, Lots 2 through
8, Block 3, Golden Eagle Estates Addition No. 2, Lots 1 through 11, Block 4, Golden Eagle
Estates Addition No. 2, Lots 9 through 11, Block 4, Golden Eagle Estates Addition, and
Lots 2 through 4, Block 7, Golden Eagle Estates Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas."
Section 2. That the original Section 2 of Resolution Number 00-5596 is hereby repealed.
Section 3. That Resolution Number 00-5596, except to the extent amended above, is hereby
ratified and confirmed.
This resolution shall take effect after its passage and publication once in the official city
newspaper.
Adopted and passed this 24th day of July, 2000.
