A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A LICENSE
AGREEMENT TO ALLOW A ROOF CANOPY EXTENSION INTO THE WISCONSIN
AVENUE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY WITH DR. RICHARD BRADBURY.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a license agreement to allow
a roof canopy extension into the Wisconsin Avenue public right-of-way with Dr. Richard Bradbury.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file the original agreement and retain
according to the City of Salina Records Management Policy.
