A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NUMBER ONE (1) FOR CONSULTING ENGINEERING
SERVICES WITH WILSON & CO. INVOLVING THE WATER TREATMENT PLANT
IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT (PHASE II).
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute Supplemental Agreement
Number One (1) with Wilson & Co. for consulting engineering services involving the Water
Treatment Plant Improvements Project (Phase II), subject to the terms and conditions of the
agreement, in an amount not to exceed $29,000.00.
