RESOLUTION NUMBER 16-7356
A RESOLUTION FIXING A TIME AND PLACE TO CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING
REGARDING THE ISSUANCE OF INDUSTRIAL REVENUE BONDS TO FINANCE THE
SALINA FIELDHOUSE PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City of Salina intends to utilize Industrial Revenue Bond financing in
conjunction with the construction of the Salina Fieldhouse Project; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to conduct a public hearing on such matter;
SO NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That said public hearing shall occur at 4:00 P.M. on Monday, June 20, 2016 in the
City Commission Meeting Room, Room 107, City -County Building, 300 West Ash Street, Salina,
Kansas.
Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect and after its adoption by the Governing
Body and the City Clerk shall cause it to be published once at least seven days in advance of the hearing
date.
Adopted by the Board of City Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this 6t" day of fun 2016.
