RESOLUTION NUMBER O1-5699
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE BUILDING CODES
ADVISORY AND APPEALS BOARD.
WHEREAS, Section 2(c) of Resolution Number 90-4242 calls for Citizen Board
member appointments to be made by resolution submitted by the Mayor to the full City Commission
for final approval; and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on certain Citizen Boards, Commissions and
Committees; SO NOW, THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. The following persons, as proposed by the Mayor of the City of Salina, are
hereby appointed to the designated Citizen Boards for the term indicated:
BUILDING CODES ADVISORY AND APPEALS BOARD
Rick Walters, appointed as the Master Plumber representative to February
28, 2004.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this 2nd day of April,
2001.
