WHEREAS, the Building Official has filed with the Governing Body a written state) ent that ,ertain structures located upon the following described parcels of real estate are unsafe or dangerous: .DDRESS LEGAL DESCRIPTION TYPE OF BUILDING 00 N. 2nd Lot Twenty-one (21), Block Seven (7), Woodland Addition Dwelling and detached accessory bu llding 01 S. 11`h Lot One (1) on Eleventh Street, Seitz Addition Dwelling and detached accessory building 22S. 11 `h The East Eighty-one and One-half (81.5) feet of Lot Twelve Dwelling and detached (12), Block Four (4) in Morrison's Replat of a part of accessory building Morrison's Third Addition 55 N. Columbia Lot Four (4) in Block Seven (7) in Riverside Park Addition Dwelling and detached accessory building 15 W. South St. The West Sixty-five (65) feet of the North Ninety (90) feet of Dwelling Lot One (1), on Ninth Street, Hollands Addition all parcels being to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas. SO NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas: 1 Section 1. That pursuant to K.S.A. 12-1752, the owner, the owner's agent, any lien ll olders or record and any occupant of the structures described above may appear and show cause why such structure should not be condemned and ordered repaired or demolished at 4:00 P.M. on Monday, June 13, 2016 City Commission Meeting Room, Room 107, City -County Building, 300 West Aish Street, Salina, Kansas. Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect and after its adoption by the Governing Body and the City Clerk shall cause it to be published once each week for two consecutive weeks on the same day of each week s required by K.S.A. 12-1752.
