A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT
/ITH HOOPER SOUND PRODUCTION SERVICES, INC. TO PROVIDE SOUND SERVICES
T THE SMOKY HILL RIVER FESTIVAL.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Hooper Sound
duction Services, Inc. to provide sound services at the Smoky Hill River Festival, subject to the

Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file the original agreement and retain
