FOR ALCOHOL AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE PROGRAMS
The City of Salina, Kansas, hereby solicits proposals for Liquor
Tax funds for prevention and/or treatment for adults and youth living in

Purpose: Alcohol and substance abuse prevention and/or
treatment for adults and youth (ages 0-18) living in Salina,
Kansas.

5:00 p.m., October 24, 1986.
Contract Period:
January 1, 1987 through December 31, 1987.

Eligible Applicants: Private, for-profit and public and
private nonprofit corporations, governmental instrumentalities
and educational institutions. Moneys in the special alcohol
and drug programs fund shall be expended only for the purchase,
establishment, maintenance or expansion of services or programs
whose principal purpose is alcoholism and drug abuse
prevention and education, alcohol and drug detoxification,
intervention in alcohol and drug abuse or treatment of persons
who are alcoholics or drug abusers or are in danger of
becoming alcoholics or drug abusers.
