We , the undersigned members of the city council of
the city of Salina, Kansas , • hereby respectfully request you to call a
special session of the city council of said city. to meet in the Council
Chamber , this Monday evening, December 4th,1911 , at seven thirty
o 'clock P.M. of said day , for the -pur.'pose�- of- considering the resigna-
tion of Henry Blatherwick as councilman from the First Ward, and
taking up the report of the appraisers on the Elm street paving, . and
any other business that may legally come befog. - such special meeting.

In compliance with the foregoing request and for the purpose
therein named I hereby call a special meeting of the city council to
meet at the time and place therein named and the city marshal is here-

meeting and make due returns of said notice hereon.
