To Hon. C. B. Kirtland, Mayor:
You are hereby requested to call a special meeting of the City
Council, to meet at the council chamber in the City Hall, this, Monday
evening, September 30, 1912, at 7:30 o'clock P. M. , for the purpose of
consideraiig and taking action upon the matter of heating the head-
quarters of. the fire department of said city; also for the purpose of
making arrangements for the meeting of the Teague of Kansas Municipalities
to be held in Salina on October 9 and 10, 1912, and to take action on
any other business that might properly come before such special meeting.
