To-Hon. C. Kirtland, Mayor,
Salina, Kansas .
You are hereby requested to call a special meeting of the City
Council, to meet at the council chamber in the city hall, this Tuesday
evening, April 8th, 1913, at 8 o' clock P. M. for the purpose of con-
sidering and taking final action upon the pending settlement of the
matters in controversy between the City of Salina and the Salina Water
Works Company, and for adopting any and all ordinances or resolutions
which may be deemed necessary and proper to consummate such action•. and
carry out the provisions of the same, including the appropriation of
money for such purpose .
