The meeting, AN AMERICAN CRISIS: WELLNESS vs ABUSE is scheduled for April 13 and 14 at the Bicentennial Center, Salina. Sponsors are the Kansas Medical Society and the Kansas Department of Social and Rehabil itation Services, Alcohol/Drug Abuse Services. !IWe see this conference as imperative,11 said Kermit G.
