The Salina Citizens Coalition on Dr-ug and Alcohol Abuse
is in the pr-ocess of applying for- a State Gr-ant to continue
our- wor-k in the ar-ea of Dr-ug and Alcohol Abuse Pr-evention.
The Goals of this gr-ant will be:
... To educate the community about dr-ug and alcohol
abuse and prevention activities.
..u To serve as a model gr-assroots pr-evention group and
resour-ce center- for other- volunteer- groups.
... To networ-k par-ent/community prevention gr-oups in
Salina and acr-OSS Kansas.
To accomplish these goals we will need your- suppor-t in
the comi n(';:'1 YE?ar- u
At this time we ar-e in need of LETTERS OF AGREEMENT to
submit with our Grant Request. A Letter- of Agr-eement is
needed fr-om all persons, agencies, and gr-oups that we will be
wor-king with to accomplish the Goals of the Gr-ant.
Would you please write a letter in support of our wor-k
to accomplish the above goals. It is necessary that we ar-e
in r-eceipt of this letter by July 23, 1985.
