A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CITY OF SALINA PERSONNEL MANUAL.
WHEREAS, the City of Salina Personnel Manual is routinely reviewed to ensure legal compliance
to make necessary changes based on employee and management staff input; and
WHEREAS, on an interim basis, administrative interpretations are made until appropriate revisions
be made by resolution. SO NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the City of Salina Personnel Manual is hereby amended as shown on Exhibits A
G and hereby incorporated into this resolution.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this 22"d day of February 2016.
