A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A LICENSI
AGREEMENT WITH GREAT PLAINS MANUFACTURING, INC. TO ALLOW USE Of
CITY -OWNED RIGHT-OF-WAY LOCATED ON DEWEY STREET FOR INSTALLATIOr
OF PRIVATE UTILITY SYSTEMS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a license agreement witl
Great Plains Manufacturing, Inc. to allow use of city -owned right-of-way located on Dewey Stree
for installation of private utility systems, subject to terms and conditions of the agreement.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file the original agreement and retain
according to the City of Salina Records Management Policy.
