RESOLUTION NUMBER 04-6025
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT AND RELATED SUBMITTALS WITH THE STATE OF KANSAS FIRE
MARSHAL FOR THE SALINA FIRE DEPARTMENT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE STATE
REGIONAL HAZARDOUS MATERIALS RESPONSE PROGRAM AS A CHEMICAL
ASSESSMENT TEAM.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract and related
submittals with State of Kansas Fire Marshal for the Salina Fire Department to participate in the State
Regional Hazardous Materials Response Program as a Chemical Assessment Team, subject to the
terms and conditions of the contract.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file the original contract and retain
according to the City of Salina Records Management Policy.
